∴ In ΔPQR,

      PQ = 5    

      PR = 4      

let QR = x  

(opposite)² + (adjacent)² = (hypotenuse)²

∴  (4)² + (x)² = (5)²

        16 + x² = 25  

                x² =  25 - 16

                     = \sqrt{9}

                 x  = 3

tan θ  = opposite / adjacent

∴ tan q = 4/3
