Using common denominator, we have: 

sinx/cosx+cosx/sinx=sin2x+cos2x/cosxsinx

We have a trig Identity: sin2x+cos2x=1 

sin2x+cos2x/cosxsinx=1/cosxsinx

cscx=1/sinx

secx=1/cosx

Since we have:

1/cosxsinx=1/cosx⋅1/
sinx

=secx⋅cscx
