900 degrees will lie in the same quadrant as 180 degrees, because on adding integral multiples of 360 degrees, the quadrant remains the same
Since, 180 degrees lies in quadrant 2 wherein the value of all cosines is negative, we have,
cos(180)=cos(180+0)= -cos0= -1
