 ii) '1' \: is \: the \: tenths \: place , and \: it's \\place \: value \: is \: 0.1 \: or \: \frac{1}{10}

 iii) '7' \: is \: the \: hundredths \: place , and\\  it's \:place \: value \: is \: 0.07 \: or \: \frac{7}{100}

 iv) '3' \: is \: the \: thousandths \: place , and\\  it's \:place \: value \: is \: 0.003 \: or \: \frac{3}{1000}

Therefore.,
