what is the value of the expression (2t^2-t-28)divided(t-4)

x+7+4(x−5)=x+7+4x−20=x+4x+7−20

=5x−13

=5×2−13 [Putting x=2]

=10−13

=−3.

Since,

(2 {t}^{2}  - t \:  - 28) \\  \\  = 2( {t}^{2}  -  \frac{t}{2}  - 14) \\  \\  = 2( {t}^{2}  - 4t \:  +  \frac{7t}{2}   \:  - 14) \\  \\  = 2 \: ( \: t(t - 4) +  \frac{7}{2} (t - 4)) \\  \\  = 2(t - 4)(t +  \frac{7}{2} ) \\  \\ therefore \\  \\  \frac{(2 {t}^{2}  - t - 28)}{ (t - 4)} \\  \\  =  \frac{2(t - 4)(t +  \frac{7}{2} )}{ (t - 4)} \\  \\  = 2(t +  \frac{7}{2} )
