We take √6+infinite = x
Therefore we will get the equation as
x= √(6+x)
Squaring both sides,
x^2 = 6+x
x^2 - x - 6 = 0
By middle term break
x^2 -3x + 2x - 6=0
x(x-3) + 2(x-3) = 0
Either x-3 = 0 or. x+2=0
x = 3 ; x = -2
But the value of x is positive therefore we neglect x=-2
Hence value of x = 3
