Van't Hoff factor is the ratio of number of particles after association or dissociation to the number of particles before association or dissociation.Van’t factor depends on the extent to which any organic compound has undergone association or dissociation.Understandably it is not possible to calculate van't factor by simply knowing that compound has undergone trimerisation .So your question needs some additional information like extent of association, observed colligative property .
