In given ΔSQR,

∠S = 35°, ∠R = 58° and ∠Q = ?

We have to find, the value of x°.

Solution:

We know that:

The sim of three angles of triangle = 180°

∴ ∠S + ∠R + ∠Q = 180°

⇒ 35° + 58° + ∠Q = 180°

⇒ 93° + ∠Q = 180°

⇒ ∠Q = 180° - 93°

⇒ ∠Q = 87°

According to given figure:

∠Q + x° = 180°

⇒ 87°  + x° = 180°

⇒ x° = 180° - 87°

⇒ x° = 93°

⇒ x = 93

Thus, the required "option is d)".

Given : A triangle SQR

∠S = 35°

∠R = 58°

External ∠Q = ∠SQP = x°

To Find :  Value of x

x = 23

x = 35

x = 58

x = 93

Solution:

Method 1 :

Using  Directly Exterior angle of triangle = Sum of opposite two internal angles

=>   ∠SQP = ∠S + ∠R

=> x° =  35° + 58°

=> x° =  93°

Hence value of x = 93

Method 2 :

Using Sum of angles of triangle and Linear Pair

Sum of angles of triangle = 180°

=> ∠Q + ∠S + ∠R  =  180°

=> ∠Q + 35° + 58° =  180°

=> ∠Q   = 87°

  ∠SQP  + ∠Q = 180°  Linear Pair

=> x° +   87° =  180°

=> x° =  93°

Hence value of x = 93
