what is the vegetative propagation state two advantage and disadvantage of this method

vegetative propagation is a type of asexual reproduction in which new plants bear from the vegetative parts of the plant like roots,buds,leaves,stems etc. Advantages-

1) As they are produced from a single plant the new plants are same as their parent plants.

2) This process is faster than the sexual reproduction.

vegetative propogation it is a asexual reproduction the plant which reproduce from stems roots leaf etc vegetative oropogation are three types layering grafting and cutting.
Advantage fir that all plants produce are genetically similar enough to the parent plant to have all its charachterstics
Disadvantage it have short duration
