What is the velocity of an airplane that experiences a displacement of 580 m [N] in 2.5 s?

v=d/t
 = 580/2.5
 =232m/s

Velocity is the change in position.
It is a vector quantity which means it have both direction and magnitude.

Velocity = displacement /time

= 580m/2.5s

= 580/25

= 116/5

= 23.2 ms^-1 towards N
