Given :

  • Length , breadth and height of a cuboid are 2 cm , 1 cm and 5 cm.

To Find :

  • Volume of the cuboid

Solution :

Volume of a cuboid is given by ,

  • V = Lbh

Here l , b and h are length , breadth and height of the cuboid.

We have ,

  • Length as 2 cm , breadth as 1 cm and height as 5 cm.

Substituting the values in the formula we get ;

➙ V = 2 cm × 1 cm × 5 cm

➙ V = 10 cm³ \\

Hence ,

  • The volume of the given cuboid is 10 cm³.

More Formulae :

  • Total surface area (TSA) of cuboid = 2 [lb + bh + lh]
  • Lateral surface area (LSA) of cuboid = 2h [l+b]

Answer:

Given :-

Length = 2 cm

Breadth = 1 cm

Height = 5 cm

To Find :-

Volume.

Solution :-

We know that

Volume of cuboid = Length × Breadth × Height

By putting value

Volume of cuboid = 2 × 1 × 5

Volume of cuboid = 2 × 5

Volume of cuboid = 10 cm³

Hence,

  • Volume is 10 cm³
