Answer :

  • Volume of prism is 100cm²

Given :

  • Base area = 25m²
  • Height = 12m

To find :

  • Volume of prism

Solution :

As we know that

  • Volume of prism = 1/3 × b  × h

Where,  b is base area and h is height

》Volume of prism = 1/3 × b  × h

》1/3 × 25 × 12

》25 × 4

》100cm²

Hence , Volume of prism is 100cm²

More Explanation :

  • Surface area of prism = 2(base area) + (base perimeter × height)
  • prism is 3D shape
  • Regular prism and irregular prism are types of prism
  • square prism , rectangular prism , hexagonal prism etc.. are example of prism

Given:-

  • Area of base {b} = 25 cm²

  • Height {h} = 12 m

To Find:-

  • Volume of Prism

Formula used:-

  • Volume of Prism = \dfrac{1}{3}×b×h

Solution:-

Volume of Prism = \dfrac{1}{3}×b×h

Volume of Prism = \dfrac{1}{3}×25×12

Volume of Prism = 25×4

Volume of Prism = 100 \:cm³

Hence, the volume of given prism is 100 cm³.
