What is the wavelength associated with 150 eV electron?

= h/√2 x m x K.E.

= 6.626 x 1-34Js / √ 2 x 9.1 x 10-31kg x 150 x 1.6 x 10-19 J   = 6.626 x 10-34 / √4368 x 10-50 = 10–10 m = 1 Å
