Answer :-

According to the formula,

› \:  Wave  \: number, ν \:  =  R_{\text{H}}( \frac{1}{ {n_{\text{1}}}^{2}} -  \frac{1}{ {n_{\text{2}}}^{2}})

› \: n_{\text{1}}  = 2, \: n_{\text{2}}  = 4 , \:  R_{\text{H}}  = 109678

› \: ν \:  = 109678 \: ( \frac{1}{ {2}^{2} }  -  \frac{1}{ {4}^{2}})

› \: λ =  \frac{1}{ν}

› \: λ  =  \frac{16}{109678}  \times 3

› \: λ  = 486 \: nm

Hope it helps!
