acceleration due to gravity on moon is 1.62 m/s^2

Hey mate ,mass is same at both earth and moon but

A 100 kg astronaut weighs 980N on Earth.

On the Moon, the astronaut would weigh only 162.2N.

Weight on Earth: 100kg x 9.8m/s2 = 980N.
