as we know that

w=mg

we know g=9.8 m/s^2

we have given mass=m=10kg

now put the values in formula

w=mg

w=10*9.8

w=98 newton

as when we take mass in kg the weight counted will be in newton

so the weight of 10  kg mass ring is 98

this weight can change where the g changes i.e it can be different on moon

because g is not 9.8 at moon

at moon g=1.625m/s^2
