\textbf{ Hello Mate! }

A fact that, weight of body = force of gravity applied on it.

Force = GMm / R²

Here, M is mass of earth and m is mass of book.

Mass of earth = 6 × 10^24 kg

Radius of earth = 6.4 × 10^6 m

Value of G = 6.67 × 10^-11

F= \frac{6.67 \times {10}^{ - 11} \times 6 \times {10}^{24} \times 1.5 }{ {(6.4 \times {10}^{6} )}^{2} } \\ = \frac{6.67 \times 9 \times {10}^{ - 11 + 24} }{6.4 \times 6.4 \times {10}^{12} } \\ = \frac{60.03 \times {10}^{13 - 12} }{40.96} \\ = 14.7 N

\boxed{ \textbf{ Weight of book is 14.7 N }}

Have great futre ahead!
