What is the work and rights of judiciary?

The Judiciary is independent and doesn't come under government school so that it can take fair decisions. Judiciary keeps a check on the work of the executive and legislature and their functioning. it keeps a check that nobody violate the law.

Judiciary is an institution empowered to administer justice and provide a mechanism for the resolution of legal disputes. All the courts at different levels in a country put together are called the judiciary.
Work of judiciary--
The Indian judiciary consists of Supreme Court for entire nation,High Courts in the states and District level courts at local levels
The Supreme Court controls the judicial administration in the country. It's decision bind all the courts of the country.
It solves the disputes between --
1) citizens of the country
2) citizens and the government
3) governments at union and state level

The Supreme Courts and the High Courts have the power to interpret the Constitution of the country.
They can declare invalid any law of the legislature or the actions of the executive , whether at Union or State level, if they find such a law and action is against the Constituiton
It acts the guardian of the Fundamental Rights mentioned in the Constitution.

Rights of Judiciary---
Judiciary is not under the control of the legislature or the executive.
The judged do not act on the direction of the government or according to the wishes of party in power.
Once a person is appointed as a judge it is nearly impossible to remove him or her from the position.
