Firstly convert the value of u and v by multiplying it with 5/18 into m/sec. And then apply work energy theorm.

I hope it will help

Try it.

mass of the car,m=1500kg

initial velocity of the car

u=30kmh^-1=30*1000m/3600s

=25/3 ms^-1

final velocity of the car,

v=60kmh^-1=60*1000m/3600s

=50/3 ms^-1 .
