If you are bothered on whether the force you applied has caused a change, no. In other terms, work is not done although a force is applied

ANSWER
Work is said to be done force when the body displaces form its position when the force is applied because Work done(W) = force ∗ displacement.
Hence work is said to be done when there is displacement. In this case the wall does not displace from its position even though the force is applied and since displacement is zero work done is said to be zero.
