What is the work of Trypsin and pylon? And from which glands they are secreted

trypsin is an enzyme which is found in pancreatic juice....it converts remaining proteins into peptones and peptones into pesticides and amino acids...it also helps in the digestion of food in ileumwith the same function to convert peptones into amino acids.

and i think pylon is not a juice or enzyme...it is related to physics.
