Hey,
friend,
The two main components of the transport system in Plants are XYLEM and PHLOEM...
•Xylem is primarily concerned with the conduction of water and minerals. It extends as a continuous channel throughout the plant body.
•Phloem is also a specialized complex tissue mainly responsible for the translocation of organic food synthesized in the leaves to all parts of the body.
Hope this will help you...

Xylem is a type of transport tissue in vascular plants which transports water and soluble mineral nutrients from the roots of the plant to its various parts like leaves, stems etc. The main function of xylem is to transport water from the roots to the various parts of the plant which is necessary for the proper functioning of the plant.
Phloem is one of the types of vascular tissues present in plants which transport various inorganic nutrients and sugars such as sucrose to different parts of the plant body. The main function of phloem is to transport nutrients and sap (a water based solution rich in sugar content) from one part of the plant to another which is essential for the growth and maintenance of the plant.
Xylem and phloem are present throughout the plant body.
