What is the work to be done to increase the velocity of a car from 30 km h–1

to 60 km h–1

if the mass of the car is 1500 kg? (3)

By work energy theorem

W net is the change in kinetic energy.

so work done = 1/2mv²-1/2mu²

W=1/2×1500(50²/3²-25²/3²)

156187 J

Hope the calulation is correct..I am a bit weak at calculation..;) but the concept is very true
