The workers are made to work for long hours at the garment exporting company. They are kept at a basis and can lose their job if the employer feels that they are not needed. The workers are paid low wages. They do not get a fair deal as they do not have their security and their wages are low.

A workers worth is the value he/she has in the eyes of a company/industry he/she is employed in . In india the workers worth is very less due to mass unemployment because of unemployment :-
1. one worker can be easily replaced by another worker
2. in hope of earning something workers are willing to work where there are limited work facillities and in dangerous jobs.
for eg. despite many accidents of workers in construction sites, unemployed workers are willing to work there.
