Answer: x= -15

Step-by-step explanation:

2x+3y=45                             {1}

x+y=10                                  {2}

x=10-y                                   {3}

substituting value of x in eq{1}

2(10-y) + 3y = 45

20 - 2y +3y = 45

y = 45-20

y = 25

Now put value of y in eq {2}

x+y=10

x+25=10

x=10-25

x=-15

Hope it helps u.
