I have a line

2x+3y=4

2x+3y-4=0

slope =-b/c

=-3/-4

=3/4

Given point (6,-2)

from slope point formula (y-y1) =m(x-x1)

y+2=3/4(x-6)

4(y+2)=3(x-6)

4y+8=3x-18

4y=3x-26

y=3x-26/4

y=3/4x-13/2

by slope of intercept formula

y - intercept =-13/2
