thermoplastic= these plastic become soft on heating and harder when cooled.

•also called thermoplasts

•these can be shaped again and again after heating.

•example - polythene...

thermoseting-these cannot be softened when heated.

•also called thermoseting-these.

•cannot be remoduled on heating.

•example- Bakelite and melamine
