thermoplastic polymer is a polymer which when moulded once cannot regain its shape when heated..

These are the polymers in which chains get highly cross-linked on heating.
They can't be reprocessed.
For example, Bakelite, Melamine etc.
Their polymers are in arranged in order shown in attachment.
