Actually it's based on ur caste ND marks u vl get a rank nd based on ur particular rank check the merit list of colleges for the rank u got nd apply for counselling. U have to go for counselling on the particular day of the rank u got. And the number of candidates is nothing but the particular rank between 01-86 the seats allowed in government and private colleges are 86.
