thrust is a force which is given in a particular direction and it acts on an object perpendicular to the surface . it is equal in magnitude but opposite in direction in which the force is applied. it is directly proportional to force. the effect of thrust depends on the area on which it acts
thrust=F=mass x g
force per unit area is called pressure. since force is directly proportional to thrust, the thrust on unit area is called pressure. its SI unit is pascal or N/m2. P=thrust/area
Hope this helps :)

Thrust
The force acting on an object perpendicular to the surface is called a thrust.
Pressure
Thrust acting on unit area is called a pressure.
