Vas deferens is the structure which carries sperms from testes to urinary bladder.

In animals like cockroaches, numerous tubules arising from testes called vas defferens(singular : vasa efferentia) unites to form sperm duct.

vas efferentia and vas deferens are two different accessory ducts of  male reproductive system-

1) vas efferentia connects rete testis with the epididymis . while vas deferen connects the epididymis with ejaculatory duct

2) vasa efferentia is part of intra testicular duct system ie,  present inside the testis. while vas deferen is part of extra testicular duct system.

see diagram for reference

and also remember this flow chart-

seminiferous tubule (where sperms are formed)

tubuli recti

rete testis

vasa efferentia

epididymis  (functional maturity of sperm)

vas deferen
