There is wrong perception about the time. The time does not change. The space is every changing. Time is never changing. Just go through the following explanation

There are 9 planets rotating around Sun. Sun is the main part of one solar system. The earth rotates around sun. Simultaneously the earth rotates around itself too. Say at 4pm I am at “X” location in this space. because of the rotation of earth around itself and around sun, my location changes from “X” to “Y” at 5pm. So after 1 hr, my position or location is changed/shifted from “X” to “Y”. So this 1 hour duration actually is not time, its actually a distance between two locations “X” and “Y”. So time is not changed at all, only location of an object in the space is changed. And by mistake, we are measuring this distance in terms of time. Hence, we are changing our location every moment due to rotation of earth around itself and around sun. Similarly this whole solar system is also not static, its dynamic. Therefore, the Space is every changing and Time is never changing.
