There are two types of tissue :--
1.Meristematic tissue
2.Permanent tissue

There is a huge number of tissues in the human body alone never mind everything. In general,cells make up tissues, tissues makeup organs and organsmake up systems. So imagine the number of systems in the body * number of organs in each * number of tissues perorgan. And this is justtissues that make up organs then you have to add muscle, cartalige and tendon etc… to get the total number of tissues.
