Answer:

The total internal reflection is nothing but the reflection of light ray due to the incident angle greater than the critical angle. If the angle is less than Critical Angle then the light ray will suffer refraction but if it goes increasing in the angle then it will come to set an angle which will be equal to Critical Angle then it will be grazes on the medium line and after that it will take a reflection which we call as total internal reflection
