The mRNA formed in transcription is transported out of the nucleus, into the cytoplasm, to the ribosome (the cell's protein synthesis factory). Here, it directs protein synthesis. Messenger RNA is not directly involved in protein synthesis − transfer RNA (tRNA) is required for this.

Answer:

Transcription:

It is the process of synthesis of mRNA from DNA. It take place in the presence of RNA polymerase.

During transcription, mRNA is produced as per the sequence of nucleotides present on the DNA.

This mRNA sequence is always complementary to the DNA strand that is used for its synthesis.

The thymine in DNA molecule is replaced by uracil in RNA, during the process of transcription.

Translation:

It is the process by which tRNA having anticodon to the codon on the mRNA, supplies amino acids,as per the message on MRNA.
