Translation-the synthesis of protein from RNA.

TRANSCRIPTION

It is the first step of gen expression.

In this step a particular section of the DNA is copied to RNA.

This is done by Enzyme RNA  polymerase.

TRANSLOCATION

It happens after transcription.

In this process the ribosomes in the cytoplasm or the endoplasmic reticulum synthesize the proteins of DNA to RNA.

This happens in the nucleus.

TRANSLOCATION

this is a chromosome abnormality.

It is caused by the rearrangement of the chromosome parts.

This is normally between non homologous chromosomes.
