hey mate here is ur answer-
Sexual reproduction is a form of reproduction where two gametes fuse together. Each gamete contains half the number of chromosomes of normal cells. They are created by a specialized type of cell division, which only occurs in eukaryotic cells, known as meiosis.

The transformation is the process of transfer of the genetic material from the non Living environment to the living cell by which change in genetic performance of the bacterial cell

Transformation experiment of Griffith can be represented as below :-

Two strain of diplococcus pneumonia are taken :-

1) virulent strain / pathology strain —> causes pneumonia disease —> represented as 'S' strain

2) Non virulent strain / non-pathogenic strain —> no any disease —> represented as 'R' strain

SL no strain of bacteria injected rat effect

1) 'S' strain death

2). 'R'. strain. healthy

3). heat killed 'S' strain. healthy

4) heat killed 'S' strain is mixed with Living 'R' strain
death

in this experiment chart in the 4th step phenomenon of transformation occurs as the transfer of DNA of 'S' strain into the living 'R' strain by which 'R' strain becomes virulent is the cause of death of rat .

✨ Griffith concluded that DNA is genetic material
