translocation is the process by which plants transport food from leaves to other parts.
it is because without translocation which is an active process that is it requires energy plants would not be able to transport food to other parts and die ultimately.
pulmonary vein brings oxygen rich blood to human heart.
sugar is synthesized by photosynthesis while hormones are synthesize in almost all parts like leaf stem etc.
