Transparancy is a 2 way interaction between any organization and all its stakeholders with real time accurate transaction of information
whose exent depends upon character of organization . In sphere of governance as being a democracy it is duty of government to prov
ide highest grade of transparancy to its citizens in its working for which government of day is indebted and steps are as follows -
1-Establishment of citizen charter in government offices- to insure transparency of highest grade and tracking of progress of work.
2-Digitization of records as well as initiation of mandatory e-tendering in various government allocations .
3-Establishment of Cctv cameras in government offices with live streaming on internet hence realtime working of dept can be crosschecked as so public can witness working of public institution whenever they feel like .
4-Reforms in RTI act to ensure strict vigilence and redressal of any ambiguity due to representation of falsified data to activist with provisions to moderate punishment to dispatching official to check such incidence eg- recent mis information by railway on rationing
of various food stocks etc
Apart from all above desired steps most importanly government need to impart better interacting skills to its employees so that whole governance syatem can become more citizen centric then only we can ensure realtime transparency in working of government.
