What is transplantation? Why this method does not ensure the survival of all the saplings ?

So, there are 2 types of transplantation:-

1)The process of taking an organ or living tissue and implanting it in another part of the body or in another body.

2)The movement or transfer of someone or something to another place or situation.

  • Many home gardeners prefer to start their gardens from nursery-grown transplants rather than from seed. ... The downside of this method is that your garden is limited to the varieties available near you, so there may be less overall variety in the plants that you can grow
