Transport system in Plants is the Vascular System or in other words, the coordinated activities of Conducting tissues Xylem and Phloem. Xylem transports the absorbed water and minerals from the root zone to the cells through endosmosis process. Pholem through its Phloem tube transports the sugar produced through Photosynthesis to cells.

Transport system in Animals is the Circulatory system.

It is divided into two parts. Blood CS and Lymphatic CS. Blood is the medium through which nutrition and O2 is transported to cells and dispel CO2 etc. This Blood is transported by Arteries, Veins and Capillaries; combinedly called Blood CS

Without Blood CS, hormonal transport, excretion of waste products, regulation of temperature and many more vital activities would cease, causing the animal die an immediate death.

Lymphatic CS is simply the defense mechanism of the body. Without defense....you can guess what happens....

It consists of Lymph, Lymphatic ducts, etc
