Hybrid structure are hypothetical bec when we make a structure of compound then we have to satisfy the valency so a fix no of bonds are present in a compound but when we see it experimentally the bond strength comes different then as we saw in structures so this hybrid structure have incomplete double or triple bond denoted by dotted lines which comes more like as we saw in lab thats why concept of resonance came
