what is turbulence in aeroplane? what causes it?

When this occurs, the lingering turbulence caused by the wake of the wing tips can deflect or even flip a smaller aircraft on the ground or in the air. This phenomenon can also lead to accidents with large aircraft as well.

Terbulance is a un comfort but no dangerous. it is a part of flying and is not to be feared. Different aspects of the weather cause different types of tebulance. CAT is a obbreviation for Clear Air Terbulance
