ANSWER:
Tyndall effect is light scattering by particles in a colloid .It is caused by reflection of incident radiation from the surface of particles ..
This is also known as Willis Tyndall scattering.
HOPE IT HELPS YOU.

Sanvii: It is the scattering of light by colloidal particles....known as tyndall effect...it is an optical property of colloids and can be used to distinguish a colloidal solution...from a true solution....
Sanvii: Examples can be as ----:::: when sunlight passes through canopy of forest shows tyndall effect as tiny droplets of water in mist acts as particles of colloid dispersed in air

Tyndall effect :- It is the scattering of light particles when passed through a substance or medium

1) It is generally observed in colloidal solutions

2) It is named after a scientist John tyndall who made his research on physics

Examples :- sunlight passing through a dense forest. Focusing a beam of red light in milk. Passing a blue light to a dark room.
