the principle that the momentum and position of a particle cannot both be precisely determined at the same time.

hi friend,

it is impossible to determine both position and momemtum accurately for a microscopic particle like electron moving with high speed velocity which is called as uncertainty principle..


→mathematically ∆x.∆p≥h/4π

where∆x=uncertainty in position

and ∆p=uncertainty in momentum
