Suppose if the high court feels that the small court has done a Jurisdiction which is not at all approved in, that means that it is irregular, which may take orders for the case to be fit.  

This is called REVISORY Jurisdiction Of the high court.  This is section 115 of the civil case or 397 of the criminal.
