BSL Physics Glossary - uniform acceleration - definition. Translation: If an object's speed (velocity) is increasing at a constant rate then we say it has uniform acceleration. The rate of acceleration is constant. If a car speeds up then slows down then speeds up it doesn't have uniform acceleration.

pluto123: If a speed of an object remains constant, increasing at the same rate then it is said that the object shows uniform acceleration

uniform means constant(not changing)
acceleration, you know is the rate of change of velocity.
so uniform acceleration is also the rate of change of velocity only if this rate does not change.
done.
