ANSWER :-

Velocity is defined as “the speed of something in a given direction”

Uniform velocity means that velocity remains constant, as in it doesn’t change.

This could mean that something travels constantly at a speed of 100 km/ph, therefore having uniform velocity. Or that it does not move at all, remaining at a constant speed of 0 km/ph and therefore still having constant velocity. If the velocity changes however, there is non-uniform velocity. Such as a car accelerating from a standstill, or a ball rolling to a stop.

Uniform velocity = constant velocity

Non-uniform velocity = changing velocity

Explanation:

Uniform Velocity -A body is said to have uniform velocity if it covers equal distance in equal intervals of time in a particular direction, however, the time intervals may be small.

Example -Rotational speed of Earth.

Non-uniform Velocity : When an object covers unequal distances in equal intervals of time in a specified direction, or if the direction of motion changes

Example -Driving a car in a traffic lane.
