uniform circular motion is a motion in which the speed of an object remains constant but its direction changes at every instant speed is the magnitude of velocity ok now the magnitude of velocity is constant but the direction of velocity is changing hence we can say that on each instant the velocity change in a circular motion and the change in velocity with respect to time is what we call acceleration hence the uniform circular motion is accelerated motion
