if a body moves along a circular path with constant speed such that it's acceleration is uniform then it is called uniform circular motion

uniform circular motion in which the speed remains the same...a force is required to to keep the body in circular path because in the absence of force the body will tend to move along its tangent ....the force name is centripetal force......
